Formerly known as "Millards at the Summit", the c.1820 House opened in May of 2004. This one-time farmhouse built in 1820, is located on East Lake Road 8 miles from Skaneateles Lake. Enjoy outdoor dining on the spacious deck, or relax indoors in the elegant dining room with exposed beams and spectacular views of the lake. You can also visit the tavern with it's warm cherrywood bar and decor. The chef/owner's travels influence his cuisine with such specialties as Lobster Bisque, Veal & Lobster picatta, Thai Chicken and Shrimp, Palm Sugar Duck, New Zealand Lamb, and Scallops Diablo.
